Paperwriting
My paper-writing routine:
5 pm: Get home after desolatory day at school. Immediately switch on laptop.
6 pm: Finished skimming through emails and browsing websites. Think now would be a nice time to research paper.
610 pm: Apartment is disgusting.. Should clean up a bit.
650 pm: Have reorganised room i.e. dirty pile of clothes and clean floor are now clearly differentiated.
710 pm: Mmmm hungry. Should go grocery shopping.
8 pm: Hunger has been sated. Oh shit forgot to deliver my coat to the drycleaners.
830 pm: Useless thing is closed!!!
845 pm: Opened up bottle of vino to facilitate paperwriting process. Looked in fridge and decided to finish off Jess's halfopen bottle before consuming own.
9 pm: El Lent-o wasn't drinking wine she was drinking some Australian "energy drink in a winebottle!!!" Promptly vomit and open up REAL wine bottle.
920 pm: Where's the cork for this bottle? Bugger it, must have left it at M's. Call to enquire as to its wherebouts but discover he's off at trivia. Brood about how he never calls ME, is always other way around and decide not to talk to him for rest of week.
Mmm food, icecream!
10 pm: Gossip with Lin on MSn which mostly consists of him bragging about his McKinsey offer and me chanting Buddist hymns to self. Must..not..murder friend..Ommm...Ugh just puke me. Grumpily decide that am being childish and should be happy about friends' success. Also decide that blocking Lin on MSN when writing paper would be good idea.
1030 pm: Finally settle down to work.
11 pm: Bedtime!!!
Ok I exaggerate a little but I DO need to get to work!!
