Maybe not that great an idea

As I glumly perused the Uni's job banks I came across an internship advising me that I'd get great experience in development, NGO work, public administration etc. The only problem: I'd be working in Afghanistan. For about 10 seconds I considered it (great work experience, challenging environment, large room to grow) before my brain screamed NO!!!!!! I'm an idiot sometimes.
