Econometrics is...manageable

I am currently quite miserable studying for my midterms. I hate my ego for making me choose econometrics over honours stats in a misguided attempt to reassure myself that I am smart. It even had the audacity to claim that "it'd be a learning experience" and "may come in useful in the future". Bull. How is knowing how to test economic models going to come in useful on the stockfloor.

Unfortunately I'd still choose it again though this may change drastically depending on my midterm mark. As for now poor M. has to hear me dramatically declare about suicide pacts, tall roofs and advils and beer as I struggle to keep my head afloat. I can't help the bad suicide jokes, I grew in Singapore. When it's a reality for your peers (weirdos) all you can do is make bad jokes. ;) Though I have no respect for people who commit suicide, bunch of chickens. My mom had it right all along.

Who's M.? This cute blonde I'm dating from my Macro class. ;) More accurately, this cute blonde whom I was dating until midterm season hit and now we've both gone to our respective caves to cram as much as we can. Sigh.
